En una cassola amb oli d&#8217;oliva ofegueu la ceba i l&#8217;all fins a daurar lleugerament. Afegim la picada de pollastre, salpebrar i barrejar b\u00e9. Quan estigui feta afegim el tom\u00e0quet, deixar que caramel\u00b7litzi, condimentar i afegir orenga al gust.
