Escorrem i ho posem en un bol gran i ho deixem all\u00e0 durant 15 minuts. Afegim les patates, la ceba ratllada, el julivert, la menta, la canyella i salpebrem. Estenem la pasta de patata en munts sobre les cebes, despr\u00e9s estenem la reixeta en forma de diamant amb un ganivet lleugerament greixat.
