Barrejar b\u00e9 fins a formar una pasta homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Estendre la massa de coliflor en una safata de forn folrada amb paper sulfuritzat o semblant, donant-li la forma desitjada amb lajuda duna esp\u00e0tula. Procureu que el gruix no superi 1 cm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Introduir la massa al forn durant 20 min a 180 \u00baC, amb calor amunt i avall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Passats els 20 minuts, afegiu-hi la capa de salsa de tom\u00e0quet i poseu-hi a sobre els cors de carxofa, les olives negres i el formatge de cabra.
