En un bol gran barregem b\u00e9 la margarina i la farina. Afegim l&#8217;aigua, l&#8217;oli i hi posem una mica de sal. Remenem b\u00e9 fins que quedi una massa compacta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, barregem amb les mans i formem una bola al centre del bol. La tapem amb paper film i la deixem reposar a la nevera durant aproximadament 30 minuts. Un cop transcorregut aquest temps traiem la massa i la posem en un motlle deixant-la sobresortir una mica per les parets per mantenir el farcit a dins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Introdu\u00efm el motlle amb la massa al forn i deixem que es cuini 15 minuts a 220 \u00baC amb calor a la part superior i inferior.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mentre es cou la massa, ens posem amb el farcit. Tallem\/piquem els alls tendres i els passem uns minuts per una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli. Afegim els espinacs i remenem b\u00e9 durant aproximadament 5 minuts. Despr\u00e9s incorporem la nata i els ous i tirem una mica de nou moscada i pebre al gust. Remenem b\u00e9 tot i deixem que es cuini un parell de minuts. Apaguem el foc i reservem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Retirem la massa del forn i traiem els cigrons.
