Despr\u00e9s, tallem el formatge a trossos petits, piquem el julivert i netegem b\u00e9 els bolets, els escorrem i els tallem a tires.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva en una paella i afegim els bolets. Salpebrem al gust i remenem durant aproximadament 5 minuts. Retirem del foc i barregem amb el julivert picat. Reservem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tot seguit, en una cassola afegim la llet amb la mateixa proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua. Salpebrem i quan arrenqui el bull tirem la polenta. Remenem constantment fins que s&#8217;espesseixi i s&#8217;hagi absorbit tot el l\u00edquid. Despr\u00e9s, hi afegim la mantega, la nata i el formatge. Barregem intensament.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Aboquem la polenta al fons de cada plat i col\u00b7loquem els bolets a sobre.
