Netejar els porros retirant la primera capa, les arrels i la part verda de la tija, per despr\u00e9s tallar-les en rodanxes. Netejar les carxofes retirnat les fulles dures exteriors, el fenc central i part de la tija. Reservar dos de les carxofes que tallarem en l\u00e0mines fines; trossejar la resta i ruixar-les amb el suc de mitja llimona. Rentar, assecar i picar el ceboll\u00ed.<br \/>\nEscalfar la margarina en una i sofregir a foc suau el porro, la patata i els cors de carxofa durant 5 minuts. Salpebrar, cobrir amb aigua i bullir durant 20 minuts. Afegir les nous reservant algunes per l\u2019emplatat. Triturar i passar pel colador xin\u00e8s.<br \/>\nEscalfar l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva en una paella i fregir les l\u00e0mines de carxofa fins que es daurin i quedin cruixents, despr\u00e9s esc\u00f3rrer-les i reservar-les sobre paper absorbent. Marcar les vieires salpebrades a la planxa sense coure-les massa perqu\u00e8 estiguin tendres.
