Despr\u00e9s, ompliu cada meitat amb una mica de salm\u00f3 fumat pr\u00e8viament picat. Despr\u00e9s, amb un pinzell de cuina o la m\u00e0 untem la part llisa del pebrot amb oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra. Un cop el forn estigui calent els fiquem al forn sobre una reixeta durant 10-15 minuts vigilant que no es cremin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mentrestant, pelem i piquem la ceba i les pastanagues. En una paella tireu-hi un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i cuineu les verdures amb una mica d&#8217;aigua. Un cop s&#8217;evapori l&#8217;aigua hi incorporem la resta del salm\u00f3. Remenem alternativament durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s o menys. Salpebrem i tirem el com\u00ed i l&#8217;anet. Apaguem el foc i tirem els rovells d&#8217;ou.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Traiem els pebrots del forn i farcim amb les verdures.
