Amassem tot a poc a poc i quan hagis adquirit una massa uniforme, deixem reposar 30 minuts aproximadament.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, dividim la massa en tres parts iguals: en una part afegim la sobrada, en una altra el formatge i en la resta sense res. Tornem a pastar cada massa per separat i les tallem en porcions d&#8217;uns 100 g cadascuna.
