Quan els trossos s&#8217;hagin torrat lleugerament i estiguin tendres, afegim una mica de pebre i les nous.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escorrem els trossos d&#8217;api i els triturem fins a obtenir a un pur\u00e9 gruixut, despr\u00e9s hi afegim els trossos de poma, 40 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, la nou moscada i les nous.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem el pur\u00e9 en una cassola i assaonar si cal.
